Working Principle:
The primary working element of the hydrocyclone is a swirl tube, which is manufactured in accordance with fluid mechanics theories. During operation, the starch slurry is injected tangentially into the swirl tube with pre-set pressure and concentration. Under the action of centrifugal force and fluid dynamics, large-diameter starch particles (≥50μm) form a downward spiral flow along the inner wall of the tube, while light-weight substances (e.g., fine fibers, water) move upward in a counter-current spiral. This distinct movement trajectory realizes the precise two-phase separation of starch particles and impurities.
